I love this, I have traveled through madness to find me.
Life is a journey, and depending on your perspective, and how you handle that madness, is how easy or hard life can be.
When life feels hard, lonely overwhelming, out of control..
Taking a step back in those moments, taking a breath, calming your nervous system down.
looking at what you have, and not at what you don't have.
Being grateful for what you have, can really help have a big picture experience.
Give you self the space to reevaluate, and get a better understanding of what is really going on.
We can not stop the pain, or the discomfort it wont disappear right away, but over time, and breath, by breath.. can rally realign those hard feelings, feeling lonely, feeling overwhelming, feeling out of control.
